For more dedicated players, you have the Master Skill Cape that you can get at a virtual level of 120 in each skill, being 8 times the amount of experience of a regular 99.
At level 99, you can get a Skill Cape that has a nice perk and lets you show off your achievement. For every skill that you train, you have rewards besides the use of the skill itself. F2P players have access to 17 skills while members have access to all 28, including the Invention and Archaeology. RuneScape 3 is based around training your skills up. The main difference between RuneScape 3 and Old School RuneScape is that RuneScape 3 feels a lot more like a traditional MMO in the sense that it has a hotkey style combat system, more detailed graphics, voice acted quests and a lot of microtransactions.
